This practice introduces us to rotation of consciousness around the body, a very key tactic of tantric perception which is simple but can become a key tactic to overcome the mind and enter into altered states for various purposes including implanting simple ideas like positive affirmations.

TACTICS OF

This 6 week course will focus on some fundamental principles of tantric thought which allow us to enter into the spaces of energy which we embody in our desires and fears.
These locations are like hidden power generators inside of use where the tectonic pressures can create diamonds or earthquakes depending on how we discover and reveal them.
The course focuses on key techniques of tantra without the cultural attachments as methods of identifying and refining our ways of percieving. We learn to focus the mind on intuitively felt energetic tensions within us and then meditate on the tensions throughout the body.
Modernists and traditionalists often argue about whether tantra relates to sex or not. I take the approach that tantra relates to all areas of tension including sex and that the entrance and focus into tension actually dissolves blocks and opens doorways into higher understanding of consciousness.
